Linda Aksomitis has been doing school visits and author readings, along with storytelling for more than twenty-five years.

With more than a decade of experience as a school librarian, she enjoys returning to libraries to inspire children to be excited about reading the same way she was as a child.

Linda uses powerpoint demonstrations to add visual elements to her presentations. Children are drawn in by her adventures around the world and the excitement of seeing how an author researches the stories in-depth before bringing them to life in words. Since Linda's also a photojournalist, she has a wide collection of exciting images to share.
