You: Downloading Music. (Editor)
Linda
Aksomitis provides the introduction to eleven different
viewpoints that cover the issues around
illegal music downloads. The book is in full color with numerous
charts, graphs, and illustrations. There is an
appendix providing information about downloading music across North America
and around the world. Other backmatter includes: organizations to
contact on the various viewpoints, bibliography of books, magazine
articles, and web sites, along with a fully developed eight page index.
Winter
2008 - Run,
an historical YA novel from Heinemann Education, Raupo Publishing, New
Zealand.

- The Illustrated Guide to Snowmobile
Racing is a joint work by Linda & David Aksomitis.
It contains 200 of Linda's racing photos, 100 color, and 100 in
b&w, taken at race tracks around North America.

for a general audience, this book also appeals to young snowmobilers.

Adeline's
Dream
- Adeline's Dream is
an historical novel for young readers. The novel (part of Coteau Books From Many Peoples
series) is set in 1910 in
Qu'Appelle, Saskatchewan, and based on actual historical events from
the town history, although the characters are fictional.
- Main
themes in the novel include immigration (Adeline's family is from
Germany), fitting into a new community and school, friendship, and
finding ways to fulfill our dreams.
- School
Library Journal said, "Readers who enjoy historical fiction will be
served well by this title." Children's Literature said, "Aksomitis has
